Halie Edwards is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Capitol Presence, a company she helped establish after encountering innovative obstacles in the federal government. As a Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist, Halie works with clients to facilitate the adoption of cloud services, helping organizations increase their efficiency, collaboration, and security in their Office 365 environment. With her experience in Office 365 GCC, Halie experience providing support to federal, state, and local agencies as they migrate to the Microsoft cloud. Halie has focused her professional career on the ability to meet the specific needs of the federal government and help them make the most of the Microsoft cloud environments. In addition to working with federal agencies, Halie is also an advocate for small businesses, providing them with the tools and guidance they need to maximize their cloud investments.
With her expertise in Office 365, Halie has been able to help businesses increase their productivity and collaboration, allowing them to focus on their core business goals. Moreover, Halie is also a mentor to the next generation of cloud professionals, helping youth understand the complexities of cloud computing and the best practices for cloud adoption through classroom trainings.
Roy Edwards
President
Roy has been developing websites and software for two decades, providing instruction and training on web development, graphic design, DevOps Methodologies, Software Implementation, and strategies to High School Students, Enterprise Organizations, and the Federal Government. He holds an AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification, four AWS Accreditations, and four Microsoft certifications in Azure. He is a Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint SME (Subject Matter Expert). In 2016, Roy was honored with the iCARE award from Veteran Affairs in the Federal Government for his Outstanding SharePoint Support, and also received Special Citations from members of the Office of Generic Drugs in the Food and Drug Administration. Roy is an experienced professional in the tech industry, with an impressive portfolio of certifications and awards.

Courtney is a leader in Microsoft 365 Coaching and Public Speaking and has been instrumental in planning, speaking, and organizing Events, speaking engagements, trainings, and webinars to support the Microsoft 365 community. With a strong healthcare industry professional background, Courtney has also earned certifications in both Microsoft Azure and AWS Cloud Technologies. Courtney is dedicated to providing professional guidance and assistance to ensure that users get the most out of their Microsoft 365 experience.
